Cpl’s transportation client in South-West Dublin have an urgent requirement for a Recruitment Administrator, working full onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support through the recruitment and selection process
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
* First point of contact for all recruitment related queries
* Manage the recruitment process from posting job ad to hire
* Advertise all vacancies
* Management of recruitment related documentation, and recruitment correspondence
* Interview scheduling
* Facilitate and prepare for recruitment assessment days
* Prepare and maintain related recruitment reports
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Assist the HR department with all recruitment activities
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* 1 years’ experience working in a busy recruitment administration role
* Interview scheduling experience
* Proficient MS Office experience .
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent attention for detail
