Job Description:


The successful candidate will serve as the Head of Compliance, responsible for executing day-to-day compliance responsibilities and providing guidance on regulatory matters. This role is designated as a Material Risk Taker (MRT), requiring extensive experience in compliance, regulation or risk management.



Key Responsibilities:


* Design and implement an effective compliance program to manage risks associated with regulated activities.
* Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, rules and standards through regular audits and reviews.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements.
* Develop written guidance on implementation of regulations.
