About the role

As Director SAP Transformations, you’ll play a crucial and strategic role in overseeing SAP implementations and operations, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration of SAP solutions with Supply Chain processes for our clients across industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, and manufacturing.
* Lead and manage end-to-end project activities related to SAP implementations. This includes project planning, resource allocation, task delegation, progress tracking, and timely delivery of project milestones.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Analyze and document business requirements to align them with SAP functionalities.
* Design and configure SAP modules in collaboration with business users, process owners, and SAP implementation partners to meet business requirements. Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
* Lead and coach a team of consultants responsible for delivery from design through hyper-care. Oversee stakeholder engagement, stay updated on SAP features, and identify opportunities for system optimization and automation.
* Foster strong stakeholder relationships including business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants. Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively, ensuring alignment with business needs.
* Manage change effectively by identifying stakeholder involvement and translating change into opportunity.
* Guide your team towards their goals, take full project responsibility, and monitor deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs.
* Envision the bigger picture and identify future opportunities to further serve the client.

About you
The role requires a blend of technical expertise, operational insight, and commercial acumen, while fostering strong customer and third-party partnerships.
* Educational background: Master’s degree in engineering, economics, supply chain management, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
* SAP expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP architecture, modules, particularly S/4HANA, and at least 10 years of leading large-scale SAP projects.
* Supply chain knowledge: Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes within SAP environments.
* Technical skills: Ability to architect and optimize supply chain workflows, integrate SAP modules with other systems, and ensure project delivery within scope and budget.
* Leadership skills: Experience in leading complex projects, change management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering business value.
* Project management: Strong capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement and financial management.
* Business acumen: Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial benefits, identify growth opportunities, and negotiate with stakeholders.
* Relationship building: Skilled in maintaining stakeholder, client, and vendor relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.
