* Support the Branch Manager in maintaining store standards from front of house to the warehouse.

* Inspire your team to give a great customer experience by leading by example and motivating them to achieve their best.

* Manage store budgets, rotas, payroll, P&L analysis, stock and profits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

You will need to have experienced management skills and be wanting to take your career to the next level. You should also be instinctive about knowing what our customers want and be extremely driven to deliver results.
