Overview
We are partnering with a leading private real estate platform focused on development finance, and are seeking to appoint an Investment Manager to its growing Investment team.
This is a high-impact role, offering exposure to large-scale real estate transactions and direct engagement with leading sponsors and investors.
The Role
Originate and assess new investment opportunities across the development finance landscape
Lead detailed credit analysis including financial modelling, risk assessment, and valuation
Manage transaction execution from due diligence through to documentation and investment committee approval
Monitor and manage a portfolio of live investments, including performance tracking and stakeholder engagement
Prepare and present investment materials to senior stakeholders and investment committees
Support and mentor junior team members within a high-performance environment
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in private credit, lending, or advisory (real estate exposure advantageous)
Strong analytical capability with advanced financial modelling skills
Commercial mindset with demonstrable experience in origination or deal execution
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) preferred
