Roles and Responsibilities: Set-up, operate and maintain welding machine and accessories Preparing materials for welding Use of all hand tools, air tools, electric tools, hand torches Ability to problem solve, able to complete tasks with minimal supervision An ability to weld horizontally and vertically Read and interpret drawings and welding procedures Log jobs via ERP system Requirements: Must have experience of TIG welding stainless steel sheet of nominal thickness of 0.7 to 1.2 mm forming intricate products Read Isometric drawings Ability to make fixtures and setups if required Comply with all Safety, Health, Environmental and other Company policies, procedures, requirements and maintain a clean working environment Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative Candidates must have experience as a coded TIG welder.
Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland The Ideal candidate will have: Experience in brazing is desirable - brazing of copper tubing in refrigeration circuits Previous experience with sheet metal, stainless steela distinctadvantage Experience of working in and ISO9001 certified company is a distinct advantage A good command of the English Language both written and oral Strong work ethic Previous experience in a production environment isessential Teamwork mentality and strong interpersonal skills Flexibility to work overtime if desirable Full training will be provided.
