Responsibilities: Recruitment & Selection - oversee the recruitment lifecycle New joiner onboarding Support the HR team with the Internship & Graduate Programmes Absence Management Administration of company benefit schemes Healthcare & pension administration Payroll administration Provide support and guidance on HR related matters to employees Responsible for HR related correspondence, HR related invoices, Leaver administration Ensure the HR system is updated in a timely manner Coordinate quarterly training sessions for employees Annual performance review process, annual bonus review and annual salary review Requirements: 1-2 years experience working in HR Degree qualified Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to interact well with others, applies tact and diplomacy at all times Good IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, MST and Excel Skills: HR Administration Payroll Recruitment
