Business Development Manager A hybrid account management + business development role focused on: Growing existing client relationships Winning new business Supporting the dealer network in selling vehicles Driving overall business performance alongside the Country Manager Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Build and develop new customer relationships Manage the full sales process (lead generation ? quotes ? follow-up) Identify gaps in the sales funnel and improve performance Work closely with dealers and sales teams to increase revenue Strategy & Performance Support development and execution of the business unit strategy Track and contribute to KPIs and sales targets Provide insights, reporting, and projections to leadership Stakeholder Management Collaborate cross-functionally (dealers, management, external partners) Build strong internal and external relationships Mentor team members and contribute to team performance Operations & Process Improvement Ensure accurate reporting and system usage Improve processes and support system implementations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Experience Required Relevant degree or equivalent experience Background in business development / account management Excellent relationship management and communication skills Ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset Ideally experience in financial services or commercial vehicles Strong leadership exposure (ideally with P&L responsibility) Fluent English Skills: sales business development new account management client relationships motor Benefits: Work From Home
