We are looking for a
Senior Product Marketing Manager
to lead the
country launch and adoption of an innovative Talent Solutions product in France

This is a senior, high-visibility role ideal for an experienced B2B marketer who can combine
strategic thinking with hands-on execution
, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work effectively across international teams.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the
country Go-to-Market strategy
for the product in France.
* Develop, execute, and optimize
multi-channel marketing campaigns
(digital, events, webinars, content, influencer, and partner programs)
* Translate global programs into
locally relevant narratives and campaigns
, adapting for language and market nuances
* Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to ensure consistent messaging, alignment, and execution
* Manage
project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
, ensuring high-quality execution across all programs
* Track and report on campaign performance, adoption metrics, and commercial impact to senior stakeholders
* Serve as the
go-to-market expert
, enabling sales and customer success teams with toolkits and campaign support
Your profile:
* Native or near-native French with strong English
for global collaboration
* 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech/SaaS
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally and report to senior stakeholders
* Experience in
HR tech, Talent Acquisition, or L&D
environments (preferred)
* Strong project manager, able to lead campaigns independently
* Strong experience in project managing marketing campaigns, aligning multiple stakeholders to internal processes, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, setting and tracking progress toward defined goals
* Demonstrated ability to execute complex campaigns with speed, quality, and attention to detail
* Solid project management experience, managing timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders
