About the Job:
* Collaborate with the social care manager to support and guide a dedicated team.
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all young people in residential care.
Requirements:
* Full clean driving license.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in residential services for young people.
* Relevant Level 7 qualification or higher in areas like social care, social work, psychology, or teaching.
