We are seeking a motivated Senior Social Care Manager to join our team in our Children's Residential Home.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in social care management to take on the challenge of leading and developing high-quality services for young people aged 12-19.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of social care professionals providing residential care for children and young people
* Develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and standards for quality service delivery
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure integrated support for children's health, education, training needs
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice guidelines related to child protection,social work policy,equality,governance,independent living,care act reform etc
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills combined with strong communication & interpersonal abilities,resilience,& emotional intelligence.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' experience as senior manager/supervisor or above (proven track record)
