We are opening a new home in Abbeyshrule, Co.
Longford (commutable from Westmeath and nearby counties) and are now seeking a Deputy Social Care Manager to support the setup, daily operations, and development of this new service.
The Role: You'll work closely with the Social Care Manager to lead, guide, and develop a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and professional practice.
You'll play a key part in shaping the culture and supporting the ongoing growth of our services.
Requirements: Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved or equivalent).
Minimum three years' experience at Social Care grade.
Strong understanding of HIQA/Tusla regulations and trauma-informed care.
Experience supervising teams or acting up as Person in Charge (PIC).
Full, clean manual driving licence.
