This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, landlord & tenant, and portfolio management. You will work on complex, high-profile transactions across multiple sectors, supporting a dynamic and collaborative team.

The Role:
* Advise on acquisitions, disposals, and leasing of commercial property.
* Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and ancillary documentation.
* Support clients on landlord & tenant matters and portfolio management.
* Collaborate with colleagues across other practice areas for multi-disciplinary transactions.
* Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
The Person:
* Qualified solicitor with 1–3 years PQE.
* Experience in commercial property law, ideally in a busy law firm environment.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Commercially minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters.
