WE ARE EXPANDING OUR TEAM and looking to recruit an Early Years Preschool Practitioner to join our service.
This position will be between 8-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant must be flexible to work shifts across our opening hours of 8.30am-5.30pm.
The successful candidate must have:
* A minimum of 1 year paid working experience in a ECCE setting - working with children from 2.8 months upto 5 years.
* A full Childcare Qualification as listed on the DCEDIY recognised Childcare Qualifications. Must be a minimum Level 6 from a recognised body (Level 7 would be advantageous)
* Knowledge of Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016
* Knowledge of working with Siolta and Aistear
* First Aid, Manual Handling and Fire Safety certificated (in date) are an advantage but not essential but will be required to undertake if successful.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Positive team-working skills
* A sincere and genuine love for working with young children
* Flexibility
