This position requires a highly skilled individual to provide exceptional support to customers and key distributors across Europe.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders via CRM system in a timely manner.
* Maintain open orders on a daily basis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding order status and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Investigate and resolve problems related to order processing and logistics.
* Address customer inquiries via email, fax, and telephone.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
* Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
* Candidates should be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* A professional attitude and strong communication skills are required.
