Overview
Nike Unite Kildare is looking for the next full-time Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer.
Responsibilities
* Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience to customers.
* Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
* Support various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on shop floor, build visual displays) and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
* Use knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
* Inform customers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
* Improve knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date and gain insights on sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.
Qualifications
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
* Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.

Availability
* 40 hours per week, fully flexible across 7 days (06:30am–22:00pm).
* Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays as required by the department and store needs.
