Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage the companys CRM system (ideally Salesforce) with up-to-date customer and sales data. Support the preparation of quotes, manage enquiry screening, and coordinate follow-ups to maintain a healthy sales funnel. Generate insightful sales reports and analyse trends to inform decision-making. Assist in developing and tracking sales strategies and goals, making recommendations for improvement. Oversee marketing and sales materialsmaintaining updated presentations, brochures, and sales templates. Manage social media presence and content, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. Prepare and monitor sales and marketing budgets. Support processing of sales orders in line with internal procedures. Liaise with suppliers to stay up to date on product developments and share updates internally.
