11. Complete Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance.
Team Coordination and Development
12. Communicate project requirements to foremen and supervisors clearly.
13. Mentor and support the growth of assistant, graduate, and junior engineers.

Requirements
Experience
19. Minimum of 2 years working on civil engineering projects.
20. Experience with groundworks is essential.

23. Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge
