Job Title – Foreman
Project – Apartments
Job Location – Louth
Salary – €55K-€65K
About the Company
Working on an apartment development/ conversion in Louth with a main building contractor who specialise in residential, commercial and industrial developments in North Leinster. Project values range between €5M and €30M.
The Role
* Coordination and supervision of the construction of Residential development.
* Report into and support the Site manager, Project Manager and Company Director.
* Oversee residential projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors and consult with local authorities when needed.
* Assist with the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
* Manage sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
* Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
Requirements
* A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.
* A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
* Experience working on residential projects
