We're on a mission to empower children to make informed, nutritious food choices and to make healthy lunches accessible to every child - without the constraints of cost or food waste.About the RoleAs a Human Resource Administrator, you'll play a key part in growing our nationwide team who deliver our service to schools every day. You'll manage the full recruitment process for school-based roles - from job posting to interviews - and ensure every new hire is fully vetted and trained before they start.Your role will include:Managing end-to-end recruitment for school-based roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboardingLiaising directly with schools to coordinate recruitment needs and start datesEnsuring all new hires complete Garda vetting, training, and receive their starter packs/contracts (via DocuSign)Responding to employee queries by email and phone in a timely and professional mannerMaintaining accurate employee records, including contracts, vetting status, training completion, and leave recordsSupporting the HR team with scheduling interviews, coordinating training sessions, and general admin tasksDrafting employment contracts and onboarding documentationSupporting employee relations processes and record-keepingMaintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, leave, and performance documentsAssisting with HR documentation including policies, handbooks, procedures, and job descriptionsManaging and maintaining the Master HR Excel file and producing reports as requiredCarrying out general administrative duties to support the HR team, such as meeting coordination, calendar management and correspondence handlingThis role is perfect for you if you:Love organising people and processesEnjoy problem-solving and getting stuck into big projectsThrive in a fast-paced, busy environmentTake pride in seeing your work have a real impact on the team's successYou're perfect for us if you:Have a cheerful, can-do attitudeCommunicate clearly and confidentlyCan multitask, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlinesAre proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable learning new systemsHandle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
