RECRUITERS /Principal Lead (CIPD Associate Member)
We’re seeking a Sales Channel Lead to join our growing Residential Sales team. Reporting to the Residential Sales Manager, this role will focus on developing and managing high‑performing sales channels to drive customer growth and enhance brand reach.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales channel management and the ability to build strong relationships with external partners to achieve performance targets. Regular travel to meet third‑party partners in Dublin will be required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a range of external sales channels, including price comparison websites, brokers, field sales teams, and contact centres, to deliver on acquisition targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with sales partners to drive consistent performance and results.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to optimise channel performance.
* Analyse customer and market trends to inform decision‑making and improve sales outcomes.
* Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Customer Value Management to support acquisition campaigns.
* Monitor and report on sales channel performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role with a focus on channel management.
* Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data and trends.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience within the energy or utilities sector.
* Understanding of B2C sales in a regulated industry.
* Familiarity with green technologies such as solar, EV, or battery storage solutions.
