**Job Description**
A skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator is required to deliver projects related to facilities maintenance, renovation, and expansion.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution.
* Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal facility condition and minimize downtime.
* Oversee renovation and expansion projects, including design, procurement, and construction.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
Facilities Maintenance and Renovation
Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal facility condition and minimize downtime.
Oversee renovation and expansion projects, including design, procurement, and construction.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
Project Support
Support with multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including facility users, vendors, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
Safety and Compliance
Ensure all projects are executed in compliance with safety regulations, including company policies.
Conduct regular safety inspections and support with audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Education and Skill Set Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Facilities Engineering experience, preferably in biotech/pharma manufacturing.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to the required quality standards.
Strong knowledge of GMP and facility systems in a highly regulated environment.
