Ensuring an efficient banking and liquidity structure to support our global operations through centralized treasury operational model. Enhancing treasury operations and systems controlsConfirming trades executed by front office teams align with risk limits, approval policies, and client instructionsApproving transactions based on credit limits and counterparty risk assessmentsEscalating or authorising breaches of risk thresholds to senior managementExamination of current procedures and processes for improvement. Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and regulationsPrepare reports for analysis and review by senior management and complianceMust Have Skills+3 years of experience in treasury management or related fieldStrong knowledge of treasury systems (e.g. Quantum) is an advantage and a proficiency in microsoft applicationsTechnologically minded and entrepreneurial in approach with aim to build a best-in-class treasury functionExcellent thoughtfulness, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExperience leading or participating in system implementations, upgrades, or process automation projectsStrong communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentInnovative thinker who is proactive and detail-oriented approach to workExperience with process automation using associated toolsOur OfferCompetitive remuneration and benefits.
