We are seeking a skilled Contract Adviser to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on contractual matters, processing claims and associated records, and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce costs. You will also assist with project cash management, advise and support with project correspondence, negotiate subcontract and suppliers' prices and terms, and ensure final accounts are closed in a timely manner.
Requirements
* Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management;
* A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Contract Adviser role on construction projects;
* Ability to work on large-scale, high-headcount construction sites & sub-contractors;
* Liaising with Commercial Manager and Contracts Manager when dealing with internal stakeholders and client's representatives while on site including attendance at meetings;
* Strong time management skills;
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
