Responsibilities

:
1. Program Management: Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of key talent initiatives, such as performance management, talent reviews, goal-setting, promotion processes, etc.
2. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve operational workflow, tools and platforms across the Talent function.
3. Platforms & Tools: Partner with Talent & Development team members and vendors to manage and maintain talent platforms.
4. Analytics: Utilize talent data to create insights.
5. : Maintain accurate procedure documentation and ensure talent programsply with relevant organizational policies.
6. Change Management: Support themunication, training, and adoption of new processes, tools and programs across the organization.
7. Perform other responsibilities when necessary to support BBH's talent practices
Qualifications:
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
9. 8+ years of experience supporting talent program for a global enterprise (performance management, promotion processes, goal-setting, talent reviews, etc.)
10. Strong knowledge of talent systems
11. Excellent project management and organizational skills
12. Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and tellpelling stories
13. Clear and concise written and verbalmunication skills
14. Experience in the financial services industry preferred
15. Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel and PowerPoint.
16. Budget management experience
This role can be based in our Dublin, London or Krakow office locations and will be a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
