Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the construction activities on site, ensuring that all works are completed in line with project drawings, specifications, and engineering regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the construction activities on site
* Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and engineering regulations
* Work closely with consultants and quantity surveyors
* Identify information gaps and develop solutions in conjunction with the site and design team
Requirements:
* Minimum 1.5+ years of experience working as a Site Engineer or equivalent role
* Civil or Structural Engineering degree
* Experience working on medium to large projects
* Knowledge and understanding of construction techniques
* Competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works coordination
* Good administrative, report writing, and I.T. skills
