Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity
This is a full-time position working an average of 45 hours per week, five days out of seven to include weekends and public holidays.
* The supervisor will assist senior managers in overseeing the food and beverage service at this four-star hotel property which includes large restaurants, function/conference rooms, and multiple bars (internal & external).
* Supervision of a team of approximately 25-30 staff members working within the food and beverage departments at the hotel.
Liaising with the Kitchen Team
The supervisor will take responsibility for liaising with the kitchen team on menus/food-related matters. Duties Include:
