Job Title: Senior Power Infrastructure Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical or civil engineering works for the power project. This will involve supporting the design, installation, and commissioning of high-voltage network infrastructure, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all works comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also assist with site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities, as well as maintain accurate records of engineering works, site activities, and project documentation.
We are looking for an individual who has approximately 2 years experience as an engineer in construction, utilities, or energy infrastructure projects. A degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant discipline) is essential, and knowledge of power transmission, distribution systems, or related civil works is desirable.
We also require the ideal candidate to have full clean driving licence and right to work in ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical or civil engineering works for the power project
* Support the design, installation, and commissioning of high-voltage network infrastructure
* Monitor project progress and ensure engineering works comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
* Prepare and review drawings, technical documentation, and reports
* Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues
* Assist with site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
* Maintain accurate records of engineering works, site activities, and project documentation
