We’re seeking a highly organised, customer‑focused Sales Support professional to play a key role in supporting account managers and delivering a seamless customer experience. You’ll manage orders, quotes, subscriptions, and CRM data, liaise with customers, and collaborate across teams to support sales performance and growth. If you’re detail‑oriented, comfortable with CRM systems, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, this role offers real impact and variety.
Nostra is exponentially growing and we are expanding our Sales Department! Nostra has offices in Dublin, Galway, Cork and Belfast.
Responsibilities
Order Processing:

Accurately enter and process customer orders in the CRM.
Track and manage order status, ensuring timely delivery, Installation & invoicing.

Customer Relationship Management:

Assist Account managers in managing customer accounts.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Manage software subscriptions on behalf of our clients.
Prepare and distribute sales quotes & proposals.
Ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide sales performance data to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

Training & Onboarding:

Support the onboarding process for new sales team members.
Provide training on sales tools, systems, and best practices.

Customer Feedback:

Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a Sales Support role particularly in the IT Industry desirable.
