The position of International Payroll Specialist involves managing payroll processes across multiple international locations in the UK and EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payrolls for international entities
* Coordinate payroll delivery with vendors and provide backup support as needed
* Support global mobility initiatives by coordinating with finance teams on international assignment reporting requirements
* Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders
* Prepare comprehensive reports and reconciliation for each payroll cycle
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in international payroll management
* Experience with Workday HR/Payroll is highly desirable
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to succeed in this role
