Content Reviewer Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Reviewer to fill this role. The selected candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' terms of use, and maintaining knowledge of client products and community standards.
2. Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and community standards.
4. Analyse market trends and insights to find scalable solutions to improve community support.
5. Utilise relevant data to develop ways to improve user experience.
6. Escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
7. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, written communication skills, and empathy.
3. High adaptability and positive approach to challenges.
4. Able to make decisions, prioritise, solve problems, and work as part of a team.
5. Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
6. Able to consistently hit KPIs on time.
2. Advanced level of English (C1).
