 * Responsibilities include responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
 * The successful candidate will address and resolve concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, commissions, and account issues.
 * They will provide clear guidance on company policies, promotions, and compensation plans.
 * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, business models, and compliance guidelines is essential.
 * The selected candidate will process refunds, exchanges, and adjustments in accordance with established company policies.
A shift premium is offered for working from 5pm to 1am, Monday to Friday.
