This is a senior leadership role in a fast paced, delivery focused environment, with the opportunity to shape both technology delivery and team capability locally.

About the Role
Reporting to the Group CIO, you will lead a team of c.20+ across applications, infrastructure, and PMO, alongside third‑party partners.
The focus is on driving delivery, improving ways of working, and ensuring high‑quality IT services across a multi‑site environment.
Key areas include
Delivering a high volume project portfolio in a fast paced setting.
Leading across POS, ERP, data platforms, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Driving key programmes (POS rollout, ITSM transformation, cybersecurity improvements).
Building and maturing team capability and performance.
Partnering with business stakeholders and aligning with group IT strategy.
About the Person
Senior IT leadership experience (IT Director / Head of IT).
Strong track record of delivery in fast paced environments.
Experience across core enterprise systems and infrastructure.
Proven people leadership and team development capability.
Retail or multi‑site experience is advantageous.
