About the Hotel:
We are recruiting for a well-established, branded 4* hotel situated in the heart of Dublin City Centre. This hotel is part of a respected and expanding hotel group with exciting opportunities for growth and career development. With a focus on exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive and maximize sales efforts for the hotel, focusing on both new business development and existing accounts.
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and hotel occupancy goals.
3. Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate, leisure, and group bookings.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
5. Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to promote the hotel's offerings and brand.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the hotel stays competitive.
8. Regularly report sales performance and pipeline status to the senior management team.
9. Lead sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings as required.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the hospitality industry, ideally within a branded hotel.
2. Strong understanding of hotel sales and revenue management.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
7. A strong passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
