This is a key leadership role within the finance team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of credit control from cash collection and credit risk to team management and internal stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage a dedicated Credit Control team, ensuring timely and effective collections.
Review and approve new credit applications, manage credit limits, and monitor high-risk accounts.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve account queries.
Provide regular reporting on debtors, aged balances, DSO, and bad debt provisions.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with the company's credit policies.
Support process improvement projects and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
Requirments: Proven people management experience - ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Strong Excel skills - capable of analysing data and producing clear, actionable reports.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience using ERP systems Highly organised with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
