We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Macroom, Co. Cork.
The role of the Operations Manager includes assisting the general manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel management with a focus on operations and guest service.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with food service is essential.
* Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
* Strong analytical and financial management skills with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and quality service.
* Flexible working hours including days, nights, and weekends.
