Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive sales growth
* Develop and implement menus, promotions, and events to elevate brand awareness and revenue performance
* Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and expense management
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience as a restaurant manager or in a related hospitality role
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
