In addition, your role will entail report analysis and delivery, the coordination of application testing and integration and the ongoing evolution of these applications.In This Role, You WillChampion business process improvements and provide in depth analysis within HR business areas – working closely with our US based HR Tech & Shared Services teamManage initiatives, project plans, timelines, and roadmaps within the assigned business areas/systemsElicit requirements from stakeholders using techniques such as interviews, design sessions, surveys and/or other techniques as needed; create functional specification documentsPartner with business stakeholders and project teams to translate business requirements into creative and practical solutions; act as a liaison between corporate business stakeholders and the corporate applications and other internal technology teamsPerform vendor evaluations and/or implementations of third-party solutionsDefine and manage data interfaces with third party vendors and internal systemsAssume system ownership of primary HR applications for customizations, configurations (code setups), upgrades, issue escalation, functionality expertise as well as general user questions/trainingAnalyze, cleanse, transform, manage and validate data; undertake data ownership/management in systems to facilitate data integrityAdminister systems for security profiles/accounts, upgrades, release patches etcSupport troubleshooting of system and process issuesDevelop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documents if applicableWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in a technical business or systems analyst roleExperience with HR systems ( e.g iCims, UKG, SD Worx, etc ) preferredPrevious experience working with data integration and/or vendor feeds requiredFlexibility to work on a mix of technical and non-technical assignments requiredKnowledge of SDLC models requiredStrong understanding of Relational Database Concepts, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, requiredStrong SQL Skills requiredExperience with SSIS, DTS, Informatica or other integration enabling tools a plusExperience with QlikView or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services a plusIf you're a recruiting agency and want to partner with us, please reach out to recruiting@sig.com.
