Your new companyMy client is an established building, fit out and refurbishment contractor with projects across the UK and Northern Ireland. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Portadown. This role is central to ensuring the commercial success of their projects, supporting both pre‑construction and live project delivery across a diverse portfolio.Your new roleThe Quantity Surveyor will manage all cost‑related aspects of construction projects, ensuring value for money, strong financial control, and compliance with contractual obligations.
