Customer & Production Scheduling Coordinator will provide cross functional business support to key stakeholders in the management of existing accounts. They will work proactively assisting in the further development of Keltech’ s business.
Responsibilities
* Daily interaction and communication with customers.
* Maintain Customer Database and schedule.
* Process customers’ orders, ensuring the data is up to date and accurate.
* Schedule customer orders in line with agreed customer and production capacity.
* Working ahead of production to maintain a level loaded schedule and liaise with customers and internal stakeholders regarding schedules and deliveries.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
* Escalate (internally and externally) any issues in meeting customer requirement. Resolve issues internally and communicate externally such that the customer relationship is highest priority.
* Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and ways of working internally within Keltech.
* Any additional responsibilities which may from time to time be deemed suitable by your manager.
Qualifications
Educational Standard:
* Third Level – Bachelor Degree in Business related field preferable but Certificate considered
Experience:
* 1-2+ years in experience in customer service or planning role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with ERP/Customer Management Systems.
* Fluency in English essential.
