Job DescriptionJob Title: Key Account Manager / DACH MarketLocation: DundalkOverview of Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales person to become a Key AccountManager at You will be required to sell a range of products to existinghigh value customers through outbound telephone calling. In doing so, you will provide ourcustomers with an exceptional level of sales, care and service, while establishing long-termcustomer relationships. You will be the first point of contact for these customers workingwith a team of dedicated Care, Graphics and collections agents supporting you in achievingoutstanding service.Primary responsibilities:High-value database: Phoning high value customers from an existing customerdatabase assigned to you and generating increased sales.Customer obsession: Managing the entire sales and after-sales process followingup on every step being customer centric.Marketing: Ensuring customer requests are dealt with in a timely manner includingsamples and brochuresCollaboration: Participation in product projects when requiredStakeholder partnership: Work in close collaboration with a dedicated team ofCare, Graphics and collections agents in order to achieve the result expected by ourcustomersOutstanding Service: Ensuring exceptional level of service at every step of the ordercycleInnovation: Informing the customers of new products and promotionsAs well as any other duties/projects as directed by Senior ManagementRequired skills:Minimum of 4 years' sales experience.Current or previous CRM exposure at, building relationships with keydecision makers.Only applications from the current telesales team will be considered.Excellent Performance in the past 12 months (min. 100% on Rev.
