Director & Head of Financial Services at EMPOWERMENT Financial Recruitment
EMPOWERMENT are exclusively partnered with a leading Irish Plc to help them source two talented Finance Business Partner Managers. In this diverse role, you will act as a key finance business partner with day-to-day activities including budgeting and forecasting, variance and financial analysis, monthly projections and much more.
This role will suit a results and commercially driven qualified accountant with 3 - 5 years’ PQE, either coming directly from Big Four practice or already in a commercially focused role in industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Monthly, quarterly, ad hoc and annual financial reports & analysis
2. Identifying and reporting on variances between budget and forecast
3. Participate in preparation of annual budget
4. KPI analysis for various business initiatives
5. Delivering presentations to senior management and stakeholders
6. Conduct periodic financial reviews and agree on action points
7. Ability to manage a team to deliver best in class support
Experience:
1. Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA with a minimum of 3-5 years PQE
2. Strong academics - First Class Honours Degree/Masters or 500+ points in Leaving Certificate
3. Experience in financial analysis highly advantageous
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
5. Enjoys working cross functionally and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills
7. Excellent skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
