We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to join an established and growing company with a base in Fermoy, Cork. Our client is looking for a professional, sales focused, and highly motivated regional Sales Representative to cover part of the East Cork region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
* Engage with existing customers to retain their business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
* Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
* Provide the highest level of service to customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
* Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
* Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years field sales experience.
* Willing to make cold-calls and conduct outbound sales.
* Full clean driving license.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
