An innovative and fast-growing energy solutions provider headquartered in Dublin is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their expanding team. What You'll Be Doing:
Analyse thermal infrastructure at client sites and propose smart solutions
️ Apply your knowledge of heat pumps and thermal systems to add tangible value
Design and validate energy systems and performance models
Attend and contribute to client and project meetings
️ Lead and oversee mechanical design and CAD documentation
Guide junior engineers and external consultants
Participate in equipment specification, supplier review, and design approvals
Bring creativity and innovation to the engineering process
Develop detailed mechanical designs, drawings, and specs
Support project management with coordination, timelines, and delivery checks
What You'll Bring:
Level 8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), AutoCAD & BIM tools
️ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Team player with the ability to lead and mentor others
Full driver's licence preferred but not essential
️ A deep motivation to drive decarbonisation and renewable energy innovation
