Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate client relationships and deliver strategic HR consulting projects.
* Manage day-to-day operations of the HR advisory function for retainer clients.
* Lead a team of HR consultants and develop their skills to drive business growth.
* Implement processes to increase team efficiency and foster a positive team culture.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Primary degree in Human Resources or related field.
* 10+ years relevant HR experience, including 2-3 years people management experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Irish employment law and HR practices.
