This role would be part of a Helpdesk team which supports over 1,000 end users.What will you do?Act as first point of contact for ICT support via phone and emailProvide second-level support remotely and onsiteDeliver deskside assistance in Dublin office when neededEscalate complex issues to senior support or service providersSet up and configure hardware, mobile devices, and softwareBrief users on using laptops, tablets, and phones What do you need?At least 1 year of experience in a similar helpdesk/service desk roleExcellent communication skills and experience in supporting end users over email, phone and remote desktopAbility to work onsite every day in Dublin 2Familiarity with ticketing systemsProficiency in M365 and Windows support along with iOS/Android device setup experience.
