Office Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Bunninadden Co. Sligo Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible, ideally 5 mornings per week)
About Us:
We are a Sligo-based company specializing in Building Energy Rating (BER) assessments. Due to expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Administrator to join our company with Prior experiencce in the Building Energy Rating (BER) sector.
The Role:
We are seeking an efficient and customer-focused individual to take on a key administrative role within our office. This position is for 20 hours per week, with the potential for flexibility, ideally structured as 5 mornings per week. You'll play a vital part in supporting our BER assessment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
* Handle customer inquiries with a friendly and professional approach, related to BER services.
* Maintain accurate records and manage documentation, including BER certificates and associated paperwork.
* Support various business needs as required.
Who We're Looking For:
* Candidates with previous office administration experience are preferred.
* Prior experience in the Building Energy Rating (BER) sector.
* Strong computer skills are essential.
* Excellent customer service abilities and a positive demeanor.
* Ability to work on your own initiative and manage tasks effectively.
