Who you are
Qualification: Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a Financial Controller or senior management capacity.
Commercial Finance: Proven hands‑on experience in financial modelling related to unit economics, pricing, and margin analysis within a manufacturing environment.
Systems: Demonstrable expertise in ERP system implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) and strong proficiency in advanced Excel modelling.
Compliance: Deep knowledge of Irish/EU tax, statutory reporting requirements, and internal controls development.
Experience in structuring debt facilities or managing banking relationships.
Prior experience in a company scaling from R&D to commercial production.
Knowledge of the financial implications of AS9100/ISO quality standards.
