Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our forward-thinking organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This key role will focus on driving process efficiency, operational excellence, and scalable recruitment solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as administrator for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to provide support, training, troubleshoot issues, and launch enhancements.
* Drive process improvements and operational excellence across the recruitment lifecycle.
* Maintain talent acquisition compliance, SOPs, and internal documentation.
* Deliver actionable reporting, dashboards, and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize systems, tools, and workflows.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 46 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR systems, or similar roles.
* Strong ATS experience; exposure to HRIS (Workday preferred).
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Project management experience with ability to support cross-functional initiatives.
* Collaborative, strategic thinker who can handle confidential data with care.
