Job Title: Construction Manager (Consultant)

Summary
The Construction Manager (Consultant) will lead, coordinate, and deliver on-site projects in Limerick, providing support and driving optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with specifications.
* Implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
* Demonstrating, promoting, and recognising positive behaviours to foster a proactive safety culture on site, while identifying and preventing unsafe practices or defects.
* Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the wider project workforce.
* Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely project delivery.
* Monitoring site progress, identifying risks or delays, and implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
* Preparing and presenting regular progress reports and performance updates.
* Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring all site works comply with design specifications, standards, and quality expectations.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Construction, Civil, or a related discipline).
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager, ideally within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
* Strong leadership and organisational abilities, with demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
* Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and technical drawings.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: €550.00-€600.00 per day
